Shipping Policy

This page explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed with Lillie’s Toy Box. Timeframes below are in business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
1) Order Processing
- Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM CT may begin processing the next business day.
- Peak seasons, weather events, or carrier constraints may extend processing times; we’ll notify you if so.
2) Methods, Carriers & Costs
- We offer several speed/price options at checkout. The lowest-cost method is selected by default; you may upgrade.
- Typical carriers: UPS and USPS.
- Most orders ship from our distribution partner in Broomfield, CO.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier rates.
3) Delivery Timelines
Carrier estimates are provided at checkout and in your tracking. These are estimates, not guarantees. Remote areas and PO Boxes may require USPS.
4) Tracking & Updates
- You’ll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement after label creation.
5) Address Accuracy & Corrections
- Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address you provide.
- If you spot an error, contact us immediately. Once a package is in transit, reroute/redirect fees (if available) may apply.
- Undeliverable packages returned to us can be reshipped (additional postage) or refunded minus original shipping.
6) Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
- Marked “delivered” but not received: Check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier. If still unresolved, reach out to us within 7 days and we’ll help open a claim.
- Resolutions may include replacement (if available) or refund after carrier investigation/verification.
7) Age & Shipping Restrictions
- By ordering you confirm you are 18+ and purchase/use is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- We do not ship items prohibited by law to certain locations. Orders violating restrictions may be cancelled and refunded.
8) International Shipping
At this time we primarily ship within the United States. If you need international delivery, contact us before ordering to confirm availability, carrier options, duties/taxes, and any product restrictions.
