1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using lilliestoybox.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors and customers.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The Site is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher). By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that purchase and possession of products are lawful in your location.

3. Products, Content & Pricing

• Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for convenience; minor variations may occur.
• We may change or discontinue products, content, and prices at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities and to correct errors, including pricing or availability errors, even after an order is submitted.
• We do not sell CBD products.

4. Orders, Payment & Taxes

• Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject any order in our sole discretion (including suspected fraud or policy violations).
• All prices are in U.S. Dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment gateway. We do not store card numbers on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• If a pricing/availability error occurs, we may cancel and refund your order or contact you for instructions before shipping.

5. Shipping, Title & Risk of Loss

Shipping methods, costs, and timeframes are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon carrier receipt. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. You are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address.

6. Returns & Refunds (Hygiene Notice)

Returns and refunds are handled per our Refund Policy. For hygiene reasons, certain items are non-returnable once opened unless defective. Please review the policy before purchasing.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site or products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any law or regulation (including age-restriction laws);
• Infringing on intellectual property or privacy rights;
• Engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse, scraping, or security testing without permission;
• Transmitting malware, spamming, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content (text, graphics, logos, images, code, and arrangements) are owned by LTB or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Site for personal, non-commercial use. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

9. Reviews & User-Generated Content

If you post reviews or other content, you grant LTB a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and distribute that content for marketing and operational purposes. You represent you own or control the rights to what you post and it is lawful, accurate, and non-infringing. We may remove content at our discretion.

10. Disclaimers

Except where prohibited by law, the Site and products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Site.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LTB and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility. In all cases, our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to LTB for the product(s) at issue during the three (3) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LTB from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Site or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

13. Compliance, Age-Restricted Goods & Export

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding purchase, possession, and use of age-restricted goods.
• Products may be subject to U.S. export and re-export restrictions; you agree to comply with all such laws.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflicts principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute shall be the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new “Effective” date above. Changes apply upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
